"Xash" (photo-recipe)

 Ingredients:
- 2 legs of cattle
- su
- Onion
- salt
- yumru istiot
- Bay leaf
- vinegar-garlic or abgor

How to prepare:
Iron the legs of the animal in the oven, remove the nails with a knife, clean the hairs. Divide the cleaned legs into 2 - 3 places with an ax.
Cut between the nails and cut off the excess in the middle.
Then wash your feet thoroughly with warm water. Put the cut legs in a large pot and pour water over it

5. Water should cover the feet 15-20 cm. Place the pot on a low heat, stirring occasionally.

6. When the water starts to boil, drain the water and wash your feet again. Pour clean water into the pot, add the washed feet and cook on a low heat overnight (until the meat separates from the bones).

7. Add onion to the cooked eggplant. Towards the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and bay leaf.
