Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef
- 4 potatoes
- 300 grams of sauerkraut
- 2 onions
- 2 roots
- 2 bay leaves
- salt, istiot
- vegetable oil
Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces, pour 3 liters of cold water on it and cook until ready.
Peel an onion, chop finely, grate the carrots and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Fry onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add carrot, fry for 5 minutes.
Remove the meat from the broth, strain the broth well, add salt, bay leaf, add the potatoes when boiling, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the root onion and sauerkraut and cook for 10 minutes.
Add meat, salt and pepper to taste, cook for 5 minutes.
When the soup is cooked, remove the bay leaves.
