Preparation:

Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
To prepare the stuffing, it is prepared by adding grated onion, salt, pepper and herbs to the minced meat.
Roll out the dough into loaves.
Cut the dough into a circle with a special tool or any lid and leave it in the meat mixture for half a month.
Then grab the ends and glue them together.
Flour the prepared dumplings (so that they do not stick) and arrange in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot. Add a teaspoon of salt and 50 grams of butter to boiling water. Shake the flour into the pot and add the dumplings. After boiling for 15 minutes, your dumplings are ready. You can add either mint or thyme to taste.
