İngredients:
3 medium black carrots
1 large potato
1 red onion
1.5 liters of water (1 bouillon if there is no broth)
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
Peel and wash the carrots, onions and potatoes. Chop into large cubes.
Put all the ingredients in the pot and add all the water on it.
Cook over medium heat until the carrots and potatoes soften.
Blend your cooked soup through the blender until no more pouring.
Boil and serve hot.
