İngredients:

1 medium onion
500 grams of mushrooms
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper
5 tortilla bread

canned corn
lettuce

3 tablespoons of almond yogurt
1 clove of garlic

Directions:

Add a tablespoon of olive oil in a large wide pan. Then, add a medium-sized onion cut into cubes and fry until the onions turn color. After the onions turn pink, add 500 grams of washed and chopped mushrooms to the pan. (We used cultivated mushrooms for this recipe, but you can also use oyster mushrooms if you wish.) After the mushrooms release the water and draw again, add a teaspoon of salt and as much black pepper as you like. If you wish, you can add thyme and chili pepper. When the mushrooms are ready, divide them into 5 tortilla bread rolls. Add canned corn, chopped lettuce and sliced ​​tomatoes on the mushrooms. If you wish, you can also prepare a garlic yogurt sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of almond yogurt with a clove of grated garlic.
