İngredients:
10-15 figs
1 cup of granulated sugar
2-3 cloves of dried cloves
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
for decoration:
optional walnut or almond
half a pack of raw cream
Directions:
Wash the figs, cut them in half and place them on the tray, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Set the oven to 180 degrees, cover the figs first with greaseproof paper and then aluminum foil and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Put the hot figs on the serving plate and place the sherbet left on the tray over the dessert.
Whisk the cream at high speed for 3-4 minutes and make it hard and serve next to the dessert.
