İngredients:
1-2 large tomatoes
1 stalk of rosemary
2-3 stalks of fresh thyme
5-6 leaves of fresh basil
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1-2 teaspoons of salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tea glass of olive oil
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Making process:
Slice the tomatoes and put them in the marinade.
Finely chop the greens where you wash and remove excess water.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add greens and onions and mix again.
Pour the marinade prepared on top of the tomatoes and serve after 1-2 hours of rest.
