Ingredients:
1. 10 small round lavash
2. 200 grams of white cheese
3. Half a bunch of parsley
4. 1 egg white
5. Vegetable oil for frying (liquid oil)
Preparation:
Grate the cheese and add finely chopped parsleyDivide lavash into 4 partsWe take one of the lavash, put cheese in it, fold the edges inwards and bend it like a mutakka. Put egg white on the tip of the lavash so that it does not openPrepare all the lavash in this way, add liquid oil to a well-heated pan and fry the pies in oil. Remove the fried pies from the napkin and strain the excess oil.
