Preparation:
First it must be passed through a meat grinder with onions. If you can, it is better to beat the meat with minced onion. We cook eggs and carrots, the root should not be fully cooked. Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Eggs, carrots and peppers are cut into cubes, parsley and dill are cut and mixed with onions.The fillet opened on the foil is salted. It is placed on the prepared inner fillet and folded into a tube.
