Ingredients:
300 grams of white beans
300 grams of beef
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 hot pepper
1 tablespoon tomatoes
Salt, black and red pepper
Preparation:
Soak white beans the night before. Finely chop the beef and cook. Chop the onion and fry in butter or oil. Peel a squash, grate it and add to the onion. After frying the tomatoes, dissolve 1 tablespoon of tomatoes in warm water and add to the tomatoes. Roast the cooked meat with tomatoes, soak overnight and add boiled beans. Pour half a liter of meat broth on it.Add half a lemon or hot pepper to taste and cook with your mouth closed for 35-40 minutes. Put on the table with onions or plain pilaf.
