Ingredients:
400 grams of veal

2 tablespoons butter
3-4 tablespoons liquid butter

 thyme.
Preparation:
First, we cut the meat into thin slices. Pour the oil into a pan and add the finely chopped meat to the pan. When the meat is tender, add salt and fry until golden brown. Cut the pie into cubes and place them on a serving plate.Melt butter in a separate sauce pan, add tomatoes and melon.
Add roasted tomatoes, thyme, allspice and black pepper. Add a little boiled water to liquefy the tomatoes.We put sauce and fried meat on the chopped pie. Finally, you can pour the yogurt on the edge of the bowl.
