Roast chicken with quince flavor (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:
- chicken (1.2-1.4 kg)
- 2 quinces
- 1 root
- 2 onions
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- salt, 
Preparation:
Carrots and onions are cut into long pieces and fried in oil until soft.The chicken is chopped and fried in a separate pan until golden brown.Put chicken and fried vegetables in a thick-walled pot, mix and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Then pour water or broth until it comes out, add lemon, salt and pepper, divided into 6 parts, cover the pot tightly and cook over low heat.After 10 minutes, remove the lemon, cover again and cook until done (about 30 minutes).Chicken can be served with rice, mashed potatoes and fried potatoes.
