Ingredients:
Mutton or veal - 2 kg.
Onions - 1 kg.
Raisins - 1 kg.

Dried apricots - 200 grams.
Dates - 250 gr.
Powdered sugar - 100 grams.
Dried apples - 100 grams.
Butter - 350 grams.
Eggs - 6 pieces.
Preparation:
Raisins, cornel, cherry, apricot, apple peel mentioned in the recipe are washed clean, powdered sugar is added to it and set aside. The meat is cut, boiled, filtered, and the juice is stored in a separate bowl. Onions are cut into pieces and fried in butter until golden brown.
Add meat close to the roast and mix. Foods previously stored in powdered sugar, as well as dates are added, and the broth is poured. The food is cooked until it falls into the oil. After the dish is soaked in oil, it is placed in a large bowl, the boiled egg is chopped and arranged according to the number of people on the table. You can also strain rice with food.
