Fish cutlet (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:
400 grams of fish fillets
1 chicken egg
2 slices white bread
6 x / q milk
3 x / q bread crumbs
Salt (to taste)
Preparation:
After the bristles are cleaned, chop the fish finely. Pass through a food processor or blender.Soak white bread in warm milk for a few minutes.
Then squeeze well so that the cutlet is not too empty.
Mix the fish, bread dipped in milk and 1 egg together well. Put your hand in cold water, then take the prepared fish fillet about the size of your hand. Put the cutlet on a baking sheet and fry.
