Ingredients:

1 bunch of spinach,
2 bunches of cauliflower,

Preparation:
First, we boil the steak in water and gather the foam. Pour chopped onion on it. You can fry any onion in oil. After the meat is cooked, we strain the water and fry it in oil. Then pour the chopped greens and fry together for 3-4 minutes.
Finally, add salt, pepper, pickle and a small amount of meat broth, or you can pour lemon juice. For pilaf, we pre-soak the rice and soak it in water for 2 hours. Add salt and soaked rice to boiling water and cook.
After the rice is cooked, strain it through a sieve. Pour into a pot, pour oil on it and put it on the stove. When serving, we put the prepared carrots on the pilaf and put it on the table.
