Ingredients:
- 1 packet of spaghetti
- 400 grams of minced meat
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 grams of tomato paste
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cup broth
- olive oil
- salt, black pepper, dried basil.
Preparation:
We cook spaghetti. (Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the water to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.)
Pour olive oil into a hot pan. Divide the garlic into 2 parts and fry in oil until golden brown, then remove from the oil and throw (the taste of garlic is in the oil).
Cut the onion into long pieces, grate the root and fry in oil.
When the vegetables are soft, add the minced meat and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring.
Then add tomato paste, broth, salt, pepper, basil, mix well, cover the pot and cook the sauce over low heat until ready.
