İngredients:

1 sheep liver

3-4 tablespoons of flour

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

Liquid oil

Salt

Directions:

Cut the liver, whose membranes and veins have been thoroughly removed, into a half-centimeter thick leaf. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and red pepper powder. Smear the lungs in this mixture. Shake off excess flour. Heat the oil. Add the lungs and quickly fry in less than 1 minute. Serve blarney with chopped sumac red onion and chopped parsley.
