Breakfast fried tomato with pepper (photo-recipe)

İngredients:
200 grams of pepper or sweet long pepper
250 g tomatoes (2 medium)
3 cloves of garlic
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Sumac
Cumin
Black Cumin
Sesame


Directions:
Wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut the peppers right off. Divide into 2-3 pieces according to the length.
Peel the tomatoes and cut the apple slice into 4-6 pieces.
Chop the garlic for cooking.
Take the olive oil in the pan. Add the peppers and cook until golden brown with the lid on.
Turn the cooked peppers over, add the garlic and tomatoes to the pan.


Close the lid again, adding the spices, sesame seeds and black cumin seeds.
After 5 minutes, turn the tomatoes on the other side and cook for 5 more minutes with the lid closed.
