İngredients:
2 slices of toast bread
3 eggs
2-3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
4 slices of sausage
butter
salt
black pepper
Sautéed pepper
Directions:
If you are going to use it, sauté the pepper and set aside. Sauté the sausages in the same oil.
Beat the egg by adding salt and pepper. If you are going to use it, add the pepper you have sautéed.
Pour the beaten egg into the pan and put two slices of bread on top of it and let it pull a little from the mixture.
Turn the other side of the breads and when the eggs are cooked, turn the other side together with the breads.
Fold the protruding parts of the egg into the bread.
Add the grated cheddar cheese and sausage on top and cover one slice on the other.
If desired, add a little more butter to the pan and fry both sides of the bread and serve.
