İngredients:
Half a pack of pasta
2 tablespoons of cheese (heaped)
1 pack cream (200 ml)
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 grams of cleaned spinach

Directions:
Finely chop the onion. Take the oil in the pan and fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Add the spinach and continue frying.
When the spinach has absorbed the water, add the pasta and mix. Put in hot water that barely exceeds the size of the pasta, add the salt and start cooking over medium heat.
When more than half of the pasta water is absorbed, add the labneh and mix it. When the labneh is mixed, add the cream and mix.
Add the finely chopped garlic and mix.
Serve when the pasta sauce is softened.
