Cheese Patties (photo recipe)

İngredients:
300 g curd cheese
50 g full-fat white cheese
1 medium egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs (full of heap)
1 pinch of parsley
1 pinch of dill
oil for frying


Directions:
Take the curd cheese into a deep pouch. Add feta cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley and dill and knead well.
Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the moisture of the mixture.


Take some of the mixture with the help of 1 spoon and shape it by shaping it with another spoon. If you want, you can also roll it with your hand and shape it into meatballs.
Heat the oil in the pan and drop the meatballs one by one.
Since the meatballs will be soft, cook by turning them carefully with the help of a spatula until all surfaces are browned.


Take the baked cheese patties on a towel on a paper plate and serve after removing the oil.
