İngredients:
1 pack or 500 gr. broccoli
2 medium eggs
5 tablespoons of topping flour (1 cup)
1 tea glass of milk (ajda glass)
Salt
Black pepper
optionally, with the tip of the teaspoon nutmeg
oil for frying
For service:
1 bowl of yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh mint
salt
Directions:
Extract the broccoli into their flowers and wash them in plenty of water. Boil a deep saucepan, add a little salt and boil the broccoli until the color is a lively green. Optionally whisk together the nutmeg. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan.
Put the broccoli in the flour mixture and fry. Put the oil on a paper towel. For the service, beat the yogurt, garlic, fresh mint and salt in a bowl. Serve with broccoli.
