Ingredients:
- 150 gr almonds
- 225 grams of dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 50 grams of butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar ("powder")
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
Put the almonds in boiling water, peel and dry a bit. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add butter and mix well. Chop the almonds in a blender, add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix. Beat eggs well with powdered sugar, carefully add to the chocolate mass, mix with a spoon. Add the almond-flour mass to the chocolate mass, mix well. Cover the dough bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Pour the "powder" on a deep plate. Make walnut-sized balls out of the dough and dip them in the powder.
Cool the special paper in the pan, arrange the cookies on it. Preheat the oven to 160 C and bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
