Peach cake (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:

Dough:

- 3-3.5 cups of flour

- 80 grams of butter

- 2 tablespoons thick sour cream

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla powdered sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp. baking powder

Cream:

- half a jar of condensed boiled milk ("sgushonka")

- 50 grams of walnuts

To draw on:

- half a glass of beetroot and half a glass of carrot juice

Preparation:

Beat eggs with powdered sugar. Add soft butter, sour cream, vanilla sugar and beat well.

The flour is sifted together with baking powder, added to the mass, and the dough is kneaded. The dough should be soft and elastic. Cut small pieces of dough, give the dough the shape of half a peach, place in a greased pan.

Preheat the oven to 180 C and cook for about 15 minutes (do not over-dry). Fill the middle of the finished "peach" game, "squashonka", put the walnuts. Then glue the peach halves together to get a whole "peach".

Brush the carrot and beet juice with a brush, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
