100 g margarine
1 egg
80 ml of milk
10 g of baking powder
0.2 q vanilla
Preparation:
Beat softened margarine or butter with powdered sugar.
Add eggs, milk and baking powder, vanilla.
Add flour and knead a soft dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 6-7 mm.
Cut cakes with the help of cake tins.
Put in a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
