Lemon marmalade (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon orange cedar
- 1 tablespoon lemon cedar
- 300 ml of natural orange juice
- 50 ml of natural lemon juice
- 50 qr gelatin
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
Preparation:
Put the cedar in a pot, pour lemon juice (all) and 75 ml of orange juice on it, mix, boil on medium heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat.
Filter the liquid, immediately pour the gelatin into the hot liquid, mix well until the gelatin is completely melted.
Pour the remaining juice, add powdered sugar and mix well.Heat the pot over low heat until the powdered sugar is completely melted.
Do not boil!Pour the liquid into a mold and keep in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
(You can use plastic molds or ice molds in boxes of chocolate candies.)
Remove the finished marmalade from the molds and dip in powdered sugar.
