Preparation

Pour the feijoa peels into the prepared syrup and boil on low heat for 5 minutes. Then strain the syrup through a strainer or strainer. Pour the feijoa syrup into the syrup and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. The jam should be mixed from time to time. We add cognac to the jam 1 minute before it is ready. We collect the jam in sterile jars, close it with iron lids, place the lids on the table with the lids down and wrap them in a warm blanket.
