Ingredients:
- 1 kg of quince
- 1 kg of powdered sugar
- A tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 glasses of water
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
Make juice from water and sugar, then add chopped quinces to the syrup and boil on low heat until ready.
Add lemon juice close to the boil, boil 1 more joint and turn off the heat.
