Ingredients:
- 3 kg of red "fleshy" tomatoes
- 1.5 kg of red pepper
- 200 grams of garlic
- 100 grams of hot pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 x.q salt
- 1 x.q. sugar
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Put in a saucepan, add vegetable oil, salt, powdered sugar, mix well. Boil on low heat for 2 hours.
Fill into hot sterilized jars, close lids, place on the table with the mouth down, cover with a blanket and keep until cool.
