Pomegranate jam (photo-recipe)

 Ingredients:
- 6 medium-sized pomegranates
- 1 pound of powdered sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:
Put the pomegranate in a bowl and add sugar. After keeping until the morning, put it on the stove and bring to a boil. When it boils, add lemon juice, boil for 15 minutes and turn off the heat. Collect in balloons without cooling and close the lid tightly. Your pomegranate jam is ready.
