2 tablespoons of salt
1 tea glass of olive oil

2 liters of ice water
For canning:
5 jars of 750 g

Directions:
Scratch the tops of the tomatoes in the shape of a cross with a knife.
First, put it in boiling water, keep it in boiling water for 40-50 seconds and immediately put it in ice water.
Peel the peeled tomatoes by hand and cut them into cubes.
Take the tomatoes in the pot and add the salt and cook over medium heat for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
10 minutes before removing the tomatoes from the heat, add the olive oil and mix.
As soon as you turn off the heat, share the tomatoes in clean jars. Close the jars with unused lids that you wash and dry.
Turn the jars upside down and let stand until the sauces are completely cool.
Cooled and vacuumed tomato sauces remove a sunless stream.
