İngredients:
2 medium red onions
1 tea glass of apple or grape vinegar
1 teaspoon of pickled salt
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
1-2 slices of lemon optionally
Sufficiently cooled boiled water
Directions:
Peel, wash and cut the onions.
Press into a 500 ml jar.
Add black pepper, coriander seeds, salt, granulated sugar, lemon slice and vinegar on top of the onions.
Finally, add the water that you boiled and cooled until the jar reaches the mouth and close the lid of the jar.
Turn the jar upside down 1-2 times and add more water if necessary. (The water should reach the jar)
With the lid of the jar closed, wait 1-2 days until the pickle turns color and serve.
Don't forget to keep it in the fridge.
