Kiwi jam (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:

4 kiwis (250 g)
1 cup of granulated sugar (160 g)
Juice of 1 lemon


Directions:
Peel the kiwi, first cut it in half and then in four. Divide each slice into 2-3 pieces.Put the kiwi into the pot, add the sugar and lemon juice to the boil, boil, stirring over medium heat.

If it does not flow, it stays like a ball and flows slowly. Whether you keep it or serve it.
