Omega-3 fatty acids will help fight childhood aggression. Fish and other seafood are especially rich in these acids.
Omega-3 fatty acids are also found in walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame and flaxseed oil, spinach, eggs and some other products.



Scientists from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) monitored two groups of teenagers for six months.



One group of children's diets included foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, while the other group of children did not make any changes in their diet. As a result, it was found that a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids helped to significantly reduce aggression in children.
