"If you can't sleep well, you need to make dietary adjustments before going to bed."Well-known Russian presenter and doctor Yelena Malisheva said this while announcing the names of foods that impair sleep quality.

He advised people suffering from insomnia to exclude alcohol in the first place, because it makes sleep intermittent and incomplete.
