Therapeutic effect of chicken broth

First of all, let us remind you that only broth made from village chicken can be good for the human body.

It is very difficult to call the broth of broiler chickens raised on modern poultry farms good. The fact is that the cultivation of such chickens uses a variety of chemicals - hormones, large amounts of synthetic vitamins, antibiotics, preservatives, etc.

As a result of scientific research conducted in European countries in recent years, large amounts of heavy metals have been found in broths and soups made from such chickens. These metals accumulate in the body and cause constant poisoning, adversely affecting the function of the liver and kidneys.

Real chicken broth is rich in protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (group B, E, PP, C, A), trace elements (iron, calcium, copper, magnesium, selenium).

The protein in chicken broth is higher than the protein in meat broth.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids are very important for the heart. Also, the peptides in the broth strengthen and restore the heart muscle, reduce blood cholesterol.

Chicken broth is rich in B vitamins. These vitamins are involved in metabolic processes, have a very positive effect on the nervous system, increase the body's resistance to infections, improve blood composition.

Chicken broth also has a positive effect on the digestive system - it stimulates the activity of the stomach and 12-fingered intestine. This is especially important for people whose stomach is "lazy".

However, during the exacerbation of diseases such as pancreatitis, peptic ulcer and gastritis, it is necessary to give up the broth in diseases of the liver.

In addition, chicken broth and chicken meat can harm people suffering from allergies.

For all other groups of people, chicken broth can only benefit.

The broth is especially good for colds and viral diseases. During the disease, appetite decreases sharply, the body does not want to eat any food (especially heavy foods). This light food is easily absorbed and gives the body the strength it needs to fight the disease.

The amino acid cysteine in the broth helps to dilute mucus and remove it from the body more easily. In general, hot chicken broth has a very positive effect on the respiratory tract - improves bronchial permeability, facilitates breathing, reduces sore throat.

It is good to add finely chopped garlic to the chicken broth. This will make the broth even more effective. Garlic has strong antiseptic, antiviral and antimicrobial properties.

To benefit from chicken broth, you need to cook it properly. To do this, the meat is cleaned of fats and skin. Put chicken and bones in a pot and pour cold water over it. After boiling the water for 10-15 minutes, the chicken is removed from the broth, the broth is discarded, and cold water is added to the meat again. The broth is cooked over a low heat, in a closed bowl, until the meat is ready (about 30-40 minutes). The broth is then filtered through a 4-fold sieve, to which finely chopped parsley (or dill) and, if necessary, garlic are added (no need to add salt).
