1. Rosehip infusion is rich in vitamin C. The infusion also has a diuretic effect, helps to reduce fever. To prepare the infusion, 3 tablespoons of dried hips are crushed, poured into a thermos and 1/2 l of boiling water is added to it. Prepare the infusion in the evening and for the next day. The small hairs inside the rose hips irritate the gastrointestinal tract. For this reason, strain the infusion several times before drinking.
2. Green or black tea with honey and lemon. Tea has a diuretic effect, honey has a general strengthening and anti-inflammatory effect. Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which accelerates healing. Honey and lemon are added to warm tea. When added to hot tea, they partially lose their useful properties. 3. Ginger tea with honey and lemon. Ginger has a strong anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiviral effect. Infuse 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger in 1 cup of boiling water. When the tea is warm, add 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon.
