Neck and shoulder exercises for spinal health

Neck exercises
- First of all, by supporting your neck with our right hand, wait 10 seconds by leaning towards your right shoulder, and then let's perform this process by tilting our neck to our left shoulder with the support of our left hand, let's wait 10 seconds and relax. Meanwhile, let's feel the tension in our neck muscles.

- Holding your chin with your hands, push your head back and wait for 10 seconds, then take your hands behind your head and push them towards the front.

- We support our head with the palm of our left hand and push our head towards our hand, count up to 5 and leave. We repeat the same movement for the right side.

- We count to 5 by clamping our hands behind our heads, grasping our head with palms and pushing our head towards our hands. We apply the same movement by putting our hands on our forehead and pushing our head forward and counting to 5 and leaving.


Shoulder exercises
- To strengthen and increase flexibility, first turn your shoulders forward in a circular fashion. Twist the same with your shoulders to the back and do 10 repetitions for each movement.

- Let's pull our shoulders up, when we get to the maximal level we can pull, count to 5 and then relax. Let's repeat 5 times.
