1. Breath Control
We say breath and we start with breath. The first thing to pay attention to in Pilates is to breathe correctly. Your breathing should be controlled and rhythmic. Correct breath is breath taken from the abdomen, not from the chest. And the breath taken through the nose is given through the mouth.
2. Correct Posture
Each exercise is a different posture, each exercise is a new adjustment. Make sure that your posture is as required by the movement and that you do not put unnecessary stress on your places such as waist and neck areas.
3. Centering
Movement in the pilates, which integrates the muscular structure, takes place around the waist, hip and belly. Thanks to the centering, stretching and elongation occurs.
4. Focus
Where you look is very important as it helps you focus. It's good to look in a steady spot to keep your concentration focused on the area you're training. No rush. Concentrate, relax, realize how your body has a unique harmony.
5.No Force
There is no compulsion in Pilates. You should put aside your haste and avoid adverse actions.
