Choose the right technique
Choosing the right technique according to your body structure and metabolism and applying this technique correctly is more important than anything else. While training, pay attention to working intensely and systematically with the right technique you choose.

Be patient

Being very patient is one of the most important factors to have a solid physique. At best and under optimum conditions, your body can produce 10 grams of muscle per day. Do not change programs frequently. Apply a program for at least 4 weeks.

Eat wisely
Eat at least four meals a day and nourish your muscles by consuming foods such as protein, namely cheese, meat, milk, eggs, fish, chicken, nuts, and walnuts.


Drink plenty of fluids
Water is one of the main sources of human body function. Drink plenty of water to recover the water and minerals you sweat during exercise.
