Dietary conditions:
1. Food is taken 5 times a day. You can drink 1 glass of 1% kefir before going to bed.
2. You can eat apples, oranges or any other fruit (except bananas and grapes) between breakfast and lunch, dinner and supper.
3. During the diet, sweets, flour products, fatty, fried, salty, smoked, marinated foods should be completely excluded from the diet.
4. Food should be cooked in water, steam or in the oven without fat.
5. Meals should be small - 150-200 grams.
6. 2-3 slices of wholemeal bread are allowed during the day.
7. 1.5-2 liters of fluid should be taken during the day (excluding sweet drinks and juices). Pure still water, green tea, hips and raspberry teas are more recommended during the diet. Diet option: First breakfast (about 8 o'clock) - 1 piece of wholemeal bread with porridge cooked in water (buckwheat, oats, barley, etc.) or wheat omelet or boiled egg, or 1 piece of bread with a small amount of cheese.
 Second breakfast (about 10 o'clock) - 100 grams of cottage cheese or natural yogurt (no sweet yogurt!) Or vegetable salad with lemon juice squeezed greens or steamed vegetable puree. Lunch (about 12-13 o'clock) - steamed vegetables with boiled lean beef, fish or poultry (about 100-150 grams), vegetable salad with greens or vegetable soup. You can also add 1 slice of wholemeal bread. Second lunch (16-17 hours) - steamed vegetables or vegetable salad with greens or 100 grams of cottage cheese or bioyogurt. Dinner (18-19 hours) - steamed vegetables or vegetable salad with greens or 150 grams of cottage cheese. This diet can be maintained for 2-3 months.
