Materials:
- 250 ml (1 water glass) milk (You can also use plant-based milk such as almond and soy.)
- 2 teaspoons of powdered turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of finely grated ginger
- optional sugar
Fabrication:
Step 1: Heat 1 cup of milk to room temperature. It is important that the milk is not boiling.
Step 2: Put the turmeric and ginger in a glass.
Step 3: Pour a small amount of turmeric and ginger from the warmed milk into the glass where you put it and mix it well until it becomes a liquid paste to prevent lumps.
