Pineapple detox smoothie
Since pineapple contains high levels of antioxidants and plenty of water, it is one of the smoothie ingredients that will create the best detox effect.
Materials:
1 small pineapple
2 stalks of celery
2 grapefruits
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation of:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Cut the greyfur in half, squeeze the juice and add the rest of the ingredients to the blender with this water.
Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
You can consume it 3 times a week before going to sleep.
