To prepare the soup:
3 liters of water
400 qr. celery root
3 tomatoes
2 green peppers
0.5 kg. cabbage
6 onions
Boil the vegetables and make soup.
1 week menu:
Day I:
Drink as much celery soup as you want, eat fruit (bananas are forbidden).
Day II:
Vegetables cooked in the oven, water, steam or barbecue. Eat 1 baked potato for lunch. On the second day, do not drink tea, juice or coffee. You only need to drink plain, still water.
Day III:
You only need to drink celery soup.
Day IV:
Eat celery soup and drink skim milk.
Day V:
Celery soup, boiled chicken fillet and fresh tomatoes.
Day VI:
Boiled chicken fillets and vegetables.
Day VII:
Celery soup and brown rice cooked in water. You can drink 1 glass of fresh fruit juice only once a day.
