Banana and peanut drink for athletes

After a little run this morning, I was pretty hungry. I took a shower and drank some water. I looked for a snack in the mood for breakfast. After going through the kitchen cabinets, I found a duo that I really like: Banana and peanut butter!

I can say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When I have to wake up early in the morning, I usually don't have the energy to have a big breakfast, but I don't want to skip it either. That way, I can get a good start to the day with a nutritious smoothie.

Banana and peanut butter smoothie
Favorite duo: Banana and peanut butter.

İngredients:

- 1 banana

A handful of oatmeal

- ½ tablespoon peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Water to dilute

Stir until you get a good consistency, that's all! Now is the time to enjoy this delicious and sweet morning bowl!
