1. Blueberry shake
In a blender, add 1 cup of blueberries, half a banana, 1.5 parts of protein powder, 2 tablespoons of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Share the prepared drink in glasses and consume it with pleasure!

2. Coffee shake
Add 2 cups of filter coffee, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of oats, 8 almonds, 3 egg whites, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice in a blender. Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Share the prepared drink in glasses and consume it with pleasure!

3. Strawberry and Banana Shake
