The secret of yeast dough

1. Be sure to sift it. The flour is enriched with oxygen and the dough rises faster and comes out better.
2. Pour 1 handful of semolina into the dough for pies, pancakes, bread. The dough will be softer and more delicate.
3. All ingredients for yeast dough should be warm or at room temperature. Cold products worsen the quality of the dough.
4. Knead the dough with dry hands.
5. Do not knead the yeast dough too much, the dough will be hard.
6. Dissolve the yeast in warm (30-35 C) milk or water. In a cold or very hot liquid, the yeast loses its activity.
7. Leave the yeast dough products (pies, buns, pies, etc.) in the pan for 15-20 minutes (cover with a towel) before placing in the oven. In this case, they are obtained softer.
8. Yeast must be fresh. Pay attention to the shelf life.
9. Spread beaten egg yolk, milk or fresh water on the pie. The top of the pie will shine.
10. Dip some pasta into the dough so that it rises quickly.
