Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 400 gr
- root - 200 gr
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- oatmeal (hercules)
- 100 qr. (1 cup)
Spices:
nutmeg, ginger to taste, a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
Chop the pumpkin and carrot (in a blender, grinder or grater), mix and add eggs, oatmeal, salt and spices. All are well mixed and the resulting mass is placed in silicone molds. About 12 cakes are taken.
Place the cakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes until lightly browned. After removing from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit and serve hot with any sauce, berries, jam, sour cream or yogurt.
Delicious and calorie-free (about 1 95 kcal) pumpkin cakes are very tasty next to tea or coffee, even when cold.
These cakes, which are simple and quick to bake, can be considered a healthy and dietary food only because they contain good and natural ingredients, do not contain sugar and flour.
