Hair masks with salt are a very effective therapeutic and prophylactic tool. Salt stimulates the activity of hair follicles, strengthens hair, fights dandruff and hair loss, gives hair a healthy shine and softness.
Salt acts as a scrub on the scalp. As a result, the skin is free of dead cells and excess fat, which in turn improves blood circulation to the scalp. Salt also has strong antiseptic properties and therefore makes the scalp healthier. Sea salt is more useful because it is rich in various trace elements. However, if you do not have sea salt, you can use ordinary salt.
