Cucumber and rose mask
Rich in ascorbic acid and phytochemicals, cucumber helps tighten and soothe the skin. However, instead of putting cucumber slices over your closed eyelids, this combination mask will reach deep inside and outside of the eyes. It will work well for tired looking and puffy eyes.
İngredients
- Half a cucumber
- 30 ml rose water
- cotton
Cut your cotton in two half-moons and more than you think you will need it.
In a blender, mix the cucumber puree until the rose water is absorbed. Transfer it to a bowl, then dip your cotton balls into the mixture. You can store your extra soaked cotton in the freezer for future use. Thaw the frozen cottons for about 10 minutes before use.
To apply, place the half moon eye pad under the eye, be sure to apply close to the lower lash line. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Eye mask for wrinkles
There are many anti-wrinkle masks that contain egg whites, and egg whites can also be used for the eye area. While antioxidant-rich Vitamin E fights free radicals, egg whites are known to reduce the appearance of fine lines.
İngredients
- Egg whites separated from 2 egg yolks
1 capsule or 5 drops of vitamin E
Whisk the egg whites until frothy and then mix the vitamin E into it. Apply the mixture to the under eye area with your fingertips or a makeup brush. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
